I don't bake a lot so I've not heard of most of these brands, but Hayden Flour Mills supplies one of my all time favorite bakers (Barrio Bread) so I've been to their mills. I love their story and packagin.
Blue Bird! Very important flour on the Navajo Nation/around the southwest. High protein = good for fry bread and tortillas. The cotton bags are beautiful. :)
The packaging is always glorious, but truly it's the headings for the different personality types that win the day. You consistently bring a smile to my face with your spot on descriptors, says "the person who immediately cleans the flour cloud that lands on their countertop once they open the bag." Yep. Yep. Right here.
Some of these bags are just so pleasing! What's funny is for Canadians, Robin Hood feels like big flour - it's definitely the most common/recognizable bag for us (or at least me)!
As a Brit, it seems crazy that Homepride and McDougalls are in the 2nd category - they're so mainstream here (I know it's based on packaging, but still!)
Also, thanks for the popcorn flour share - going to investigate that this evening!
Somewhere I have (or had) a pair of Campbell's Soup dolls. And this Canuck definitely remembers the little ceramic figurines from Red Rose Tea packages!
She's back!

For some reason, I read the brands as - King Arthur Bob 😂 Blue packaging is a sign of reliability while red is excitement and passion for a brand.
Have to add my favorite here, from Sweden: Saltå Kvarn: https://www.saltakvarn.se/produkter/mjol/

Loved this roundup Chloe! Check out Harina El Rosal, the packaging is simple yet classic and with a lot of character 🌹
If you ever have the chance to look at a copy of this book I think you would love it (Before Rosebud Was a Sled by Clifford Harvey): https://www.invaluable.com/auction-lot/clifford-harvey-before-rosebud-was-a-sled-1-45-659-c-0c94b8e977
Those Knead Love Chocolate Chip Cookies might be my favorite food on the planet...
(btw, unpopular opinion, but I sort of prefer Happier to Erewhon these days)

Swan's Down cake flour is also packaged in a box. I can't seem to be able to attach a photo
